We needed to have our floors redone and we have procrastinated for some time avoiding the work of having to find a vendor that is honest, fair and reliable. I wish we did it sooner! We couldn’t be happier with our floors. From the very beginning, Bianca made the process easy! She was patient, showed us many samples and never made us feel pressured to make a decision until we found the flooring we loved. Her follow through was excellent! I’m typically a control freak, and I was able to let go knowing that Bianca had it all under control. If she said she was going to get back to me the next day, she did. I never had to go looking for her. Her crew that installed the flooring did great work and were very polite and left the place clean! We couldn’t be happier with our choice to go with these folks! I won’t hesitate to reach out to them in the future with any future flooring projects! Bianca, her husband George and their installers are the best!!
I needed to have all bedrooms of my home tiled and came across Flooring Covering International of Northeast Tampa. The best experience I have ever had when getting any work done for my home. The process was very simple and effortless, Bianca the owner called me and set an appointment ( very punctual), brought in samples of the different products, I made my choice and the very next day I received my proposal. The process was upstanding, she accommodated my instillation date for the very same week. In two days the whole project was completed, the installer were extremely punctual and clean throughout the entire installation. The best part is that the job was not only impeccable but beautiful and super detailed, no corners were cut in any aspect. I am so grateful for one of the best experience I had. My biggest fear was not getting the completion of the job done and having to follow up but it was only excellence across the board. If thinking of doing any flooring repairs, upgrades, look no more! This is by far best service and quality for the value! Yes! Value!
